Whereas it Appears unto us whose Hands and Seals are
hereunto sett two of his Majties. Justices of the Peace for the sd.
County (Quor br) upon the Complaint of you the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St. Paul Shadwell aforesd.
That Mary Lewis< no role > the wife of Isaac Lewis< no role > is lately come to
inhabite in the sd. Parish Endeavouring to settle herself his
contrary to Law and is likely to become chargeable to the said
Parish which wee doe find and Adjudge to be true And whereas
alsoe it Further Appears unto us the said Justices upon the
Examination of the said Mary Lewis< no role > taken upon Oath that her
said Husband Isaac Lewis< no role > was borne in Dukes place London
and never gained any legall Settlement since Therefore was
the said Justices doe Adjudge the place of last legall settlemt.
of her the said Mary Lewis< no role > to be in right of her said Husband in
Dukes place London aforesaid

you & every of you forthwith upon sight hereof to remove and Convey the said
Mary Lewis< no role > out of your said Parish of St. Paul Shadwell

unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor there
who are hereby required to provide For the According to Law
