doe, to pay over such moneys when levyed & collected to the high
Constable of the Hundred or Division wherein the same shall
be raised within six days after rect. thereofhe shall have reced the
same, Andtheevery such high Constableof every Hundred Etc
Division in this Countyis hereby required in ten days
after his receiptof the moneys to be raisedto pay the same
into the hands of the sd Xpopher Clitherow< no role > Es of Boston house in the parish of
Ealingin the sd. County Esqr (whom this Court
doth hereby direct & appoint to be Trearer & Reciver of
the same)And this Court doth further Order that the sd.
Xpopher Clitherowdoe thereout pay to theSupervisor &
severall workmen to be employed in & about the repaireing of
said bridgeor the high way or at each end thereofsuch
Sume & Sumes of money as shall from time to time
become due to them for the severall works they shall be
employed in or for provideing timber or other maten [..]
for the repaires aforesaid, And It is further Ordered by
this Court that the sd assessmts. shall be levyed by distress &
sale of the goods of every Inhitant of this County soe assessed
not paying the same within ten days after demand
rendring theover plus of the value of the goods soe distrained
to the owner & owners thereof the necessary charges of
makeing & selling such distress being first deducted, And
that every high Constable Churchwarden & overseer of the
poor in this County be aiding & assisting to the sd. Constables in the assessing &
