collecting of the moneys hereby assessed upon pain of
incurring the penaltys inflicted by the laws now in force
against such of the sd officers as shall neglect their duty in
the premisses, And It is Ordered by this Court that the
saidJames [..] doe at the next Generall
or Quarter Sessions of the peace to be held for this County
after the finishing of the repaires of the sd. bridge make &
deliver unto her Maties. Justices of the peace for this County
who shall be then & there assembled a true perfect & fair
accompt in writing of all the moneys paid into his hands
by vertue of the sd. assessmt. and of the whole costs & expences
of repaireing & amending the sd bridge & the highway
at each and thereof,
