The humble Peticon of Wm: Austen< no role > and
Thom Parmey< no role > late petty Constables of
the pish of Hadley in this County

Sheweth


That your Peticonr. have expended sevll. Sumes
of money in passing an conveying of Vagrants through
this County in Psuance of a late Act of Parliamt.

And That yor. Peticonrs. have sevll: Bills taxed
and Charged upon Wm. Prat< no role > gent H: Constable in
their Division for payment of the sd moneys but
that He refuses to pay the same wth. out some
Orders from this Court so to doe.

Your Peticonrs. therefore most
humbly pray yor. Worships would be
pleased to make such Orders in the
prmisses for Releife of your poor
Peticonrs. touching this Complaint
as to yor. Worships shall seem meet

And yor. Peticonrs. as in Duty bound shall
ever pray Etc.
