Upon hearing the appeale of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the parish of Christ Church in
Southwarke in the County of Surry against an order
under the hands & Seales of John Metcalfe< no role > & Alexander
ward
< no role > Esqrs . two of her Maties. Justices of the peace for the
County of Middx (Quorum Unus) bearing date the
seventh day of December last whereby Jane Shaw< no role > (the
wife of patrick shaw< no role > ) who was likely to become chargeable
to the parish of St. Andrew Holborn above the barrs in the
sd County of Middx was [..] from thence removed to
the said parish of Christ Church in Southwarke as the
place of the last legall settlemt. of the sd. Patrick shaw,
And upon hearing of what was alledged by the said
Appellants & alsoe by Edward Sidley< no role > & Joseph
Hetherington
< no role > two of the overseers of the poor of the sd
parish of St. Andrew Holborne above the barrs who
consented inthe saidthis Court that the said appeale
should allowed, This Court doth allow of the said
appeale, and doth vacate & discharge the afordsaid
Order of the said two Justices of the peace.
