the Peace for the County of Middlx

The Humble Peticon and Appeale of the Church
-Warden and Overseers of the Poore of the
Hamlett of Wapping Stepney in this County

Sheweth


That by an order Dated the 19th day of October last
under the hands and Seales of John Fuller< no role > and
Felix Feast< no role > Esqrs two of her Majtes. Justices of the
Peace for this County (quor Unus) Bridget Manson< no role >
Wife of Thomas Manson< no role > (now at Sea) with
her two Children vizt Jane and< no role > Thomas Manson< no role >
were removed from the Parish of St Gile's Cripplegate
in this County to the Said Hamlett of Wapping
Stepney as the place of the Last Legall Settlement
of the Said Thomas Manson

That Your Peticonr finde themselves agreived
by the said Order of removall and Humbly appeale
against the Same and Doubt not but to make it
Appeare to this Worshipfull Court that the Said
Thomas Manson never gained any Legall
Settlement in the said Hamlett

Your Peticonrs therefore Pray this Court
would please to Order and appoynt a day this
present Sessions for the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poore of the Said Parish of
St Gile's Criplegate and all other parties Concerned
to Attend this Court to heare and abide the
determination of this Court on ye Said Appeale

And your Peticonrs Shall pray Etc.
