to be releived in the premisses, And It appeareing to the

this County inhabiting within Kensington Division
aforesaid that they had examined into the rate made
for the releife of the poor of the sd parish & into the [..]
of the said complaint, and conceived that the sd.
Clitherow ought not [..] to be charged in the sd rate in [..]
respect of his barnes & stables (wth. he denys to be in [..]
parish) and that he is over assessed four pounds p ann in the sd
respect of his lands in the said parish, he being forme
assessed for the same after the rate of eight pounds p ann
