Whereas complaint hath been Made unto us tow of her Majties
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx (Quorum Unus)
by the Church wardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish
of Hornsey
in the Said County that

is lately came into the Said parish
endeavouring to Setle her Selfe there contrary to Law And
itt Appearing unto us the Said Justices that the Said Sarah
Smith is likely to become chargeable to the said parish And
Whereas upon Examinacon James Smith Husband
herto the
Said Sarah Smith taken upon Oath itt Further app

that about Seaven Years since he the Said James Smith

as a hiered Servant
for the Space of tow years or thereabout
in
Garratt Street
in the parish of St Anne Westminster
in the Said County with Sr
George Savill< no role >
Knight
and
of him had five pound a Year wages And that since he came
from and out of the Said Sr George Savills Servis he hath
not been Setled Else where. Wee the Said Justices do
adjudge the said parish of St Anne Westminster
to be the
place of the last Legall Setlement of the Said Sarah
Smith And do therefore in her Majestys Name charge and
Comand the Church wardens and Overseers of the poor of the
said parish of Hornsey forth with to remove and convey the
SaidSarah Smith from the Said parish of Hornsey
to the Said parish of St Anne Westminster And deliver her
to the Church warden and Overseers of the poor there or to
some or one of them who are hereby required to receive
her into thier care and provide for her According
