To the Constable Headboroughs Church-Warden
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Fulham (on
Fulham side) in the County of Middlesex, And also to
the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Chiswich in the said County of Middlesex
and to every or any of them.

Whereas it appeareth unto us whose Hands and Seals are hereunto
set Two of Her Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County
of Middx. Quor Units) by and upon the complaint of the Church-
warden & Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Fulham aforesaid
That Robert Hutching< no role > is come into their said Parish of Fulham , &
is become chargeable thereunto. And whereas it appears unto us
also by the Examination upon Oath of him the said Robert Hutching
That he lived and hired Servant for the space of Four Years in
the said Parish of Chiswick , the last of the said Four Years he
lived as a Yearly Servant with one George Boddy< no role > in the sd Parish
of Chiswick . And that he hath had no other Legall settlement
since. We do therefore deem and adjudge the said Parish of
Chiswick to be the place of the last Legall Settlement of him the
said Robert Hutching.

[..] of to pass remove and convey him the
said Robert Hutching< no role > with Margaret his< no role > Wife with their four
Children (viz) John < no role > , Robert < no role > Mary &< no role > Elizabeth from< no role > & out of the
said Parish of Fulham to the said Parish of Chiswick and them
Deliver to One of the Church Wardens or Overseers of the Poor there
together with this Precept, who are hereby required them to receive
and provide for as their Occasions shall require untill they can
otherwise free themselves thereof by due course of Law hereof
fail not: And this is Your Warrent. Given under our Hands & Seals
This Five & Twentieth Day of November Anno Dom 1713 . And in
the Twelfth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lady Anne by
the Grace of God of Great Britain France & Ireland Queen
