To the Constables Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor
of the parish of St Giles without Cripplegate in the Said County
and alsoe to the Churchwarden & Overseers of the poore
of the Hamblett of Wapping Stepney in the Said County.

Whereas itt appeareth unto as two of her Maties Justices of the
peace for the County of Midds (quor unus) upon the Complaint
of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish
of St Giles without Cripplegate in the Said County that
Bridgett Manson< no role > with her two Children (vizt) Jane Manson< no role >
aged about Six yeares and Thomas Manson< no role > aged about
three yeares are lately come into the Said parish of St Giles
without Cripplegate Endeavouring to gain a Settlement
there without renting a house of the value of ten pounds.
P ann or paying to Church or poor or giveing notice to the
Churchwardens or Overseers of the poor or any of them
of the house or place of their abode in the said parish
as is by four required and are likely to become chargeable
to the Said parish of St Giles without Cripplegate (if not
Speedily prevented) And whereas upon the Examinacon of
of Bridgett Manson taken upon Oath that She and
her Said husband Thomas Manson< no role > with their two
Children came from and out of the parish said
Hamblett of Wapping Stepney where the Said Thomas
Manson paid to the Scavenger and that he was
never an housekeeper or ever attained any other legall
Settlement elsewhere Therefore upon the proofe aforesaid
Wee doe hereby judge and deem the last legall Settlemt.
of the Said Bridgett Manson and her Said two
Children, Jane and Thomas to be in the Said
hamblett of Wapping Stepney.

These are therefore in her Maties name Shartly to
charge and Command you and every of you forthwith
upon Sight hereof to remove and Convey the Said
Bridgett Manson< no role > and her two Children Jane and< no role >
Thomas from< no role > the Said parish of St Giles without
Cripplegate to the Said Hamblett of Wapping
Stepney and deliver them to the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor there who are hereby required
to provide for them according to Law hereof fail not
att your perills Given urder our hands and Seales
this 19 day of October Anno Din 1713 .
