The humble Peticon and Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of
St Alphage London

That by Vertue of a Wart. under the hands acct Seates of the Worpll John Fuller< no role > & Benjamin Hilton< no role >
Esqre . (Quor unus) Bearing Date the 24th of December last there was one Martha Gammidg< no role >
widow received from the Parish of St Giles without Cripplegate in the County aforesaid into the
said Parish of Sd Alphage London abovetant: seting forth that St Alphage was the place of her last legal Date who
And that your Petre. think themselves agrewed wth the Judgment of the said Justice of
the peace AndhumblyAppeal against the said order and pray a day to be heard
this present Quarter Sessions, and that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor
of the sd Parish of Ste Giles Cripplegate may also attend to hear and abide the Judgmt
and final-determinacons of this Court touching the said Appeal
