& Overseers of the poor of the parish of Richmond
in the County of Surry.

Sheweth

That by Warrt dat the 31st day of October last past
under the hands & Seals of Sr Godfrey Kneller< no role > Knt . and
Thomas Vernon< no role > Esqr , Anne Ellott< no role > was removed &
conveyed from the parish of Twickenham in this County
to the parish of Richmond aforesaid as the place of
her last legal Settlemt.

Yor petrs finding themselves aggrieved by the
said Order humbly Appeal against the same
and pray a day may be appointed this prsent
Sessions for all parties concerned to attend this
Court to hear & abide the Judgmt & determinacon
of this Court touching this Appeal
