Whereas it appeareth unto us whose Hands and
Seales are hereunto Sett Two of her Majesties
Justices of the Peace
for the said County of
Middx
(Quorum Unus) Upon the the
Complaint of the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the Poore of the Parish of Hillingdon
That Joan Mould< no role >
Widdow
of Henry Mould< no role >
is
lately come into the said Parish of Hillingdon
Endeavouring to settle herself there without
any Qualification as the Lawin such case
requireth but is likely to become chargeable
to the said Parish of Hillingdon And
Whereas it appeareth to us upon the Oath
of the said Joan Mould< no role >
that she was last
Legally Settled in the Parish of Hanwell
&
there lived wth Henry Mould< no role >
her husband
till his decease And in his life tyme did
there Rent the Value of Tenn pounds And
upwards P Annum And that she hath not
been an hired Servt never since the death
of her said husband butt hath gone
from place to place ever since amongst
her friends and Relations. And hath not going
any legall Settlemt else where.
These are there fore in her Majesties Name strictely
command You And Every of you forthwith upon night
hereof to remove And convey the said Joan Mould< no role >
to the
said Parish of Hanwell in the sd County of Middx the
[..] une being as wee Adjudge upon her Oath the place
[..] her last legall Settlemt And deliver her to ye Churchwarden
Overseers of the poore, there who are hereby required to
provide for her According to law hereof till she be discharg'd
Due Course of Law Given Undr our hands & Seales this 26th
of aprill 1711
