Quorr unus to the Said parish of St Giles in the Feilds as the last place of the legall
Settlement of the Saw Dorothy Thompson & her children

Your peticonrs: think themselves aggrieved wth: the Judgment of the Said
two Justices do appeale to this Court and humbly pray that the Church
wardens & Overseers of the Poor of the parish of St James within the
Liberty of Westminster & all other parties concerned herein [..]
be Ordered to attend this Court Some day this Sessions to hear &
abide the Judgment & final determination of this Court touching
