and Liberty on Thursday the 24o. Novr . 1709

This Examt: Saith that on Thursday the 24o. day of Novr: 1709 between
the hours of three and four in the Afternoone he this Examt. going
out of her Shop in Cranburne Street in ye Parish of St. Anns Westm
up Stairs to wash her Dishes Leaving in the sd. shop her Daughter
an infant of Eight yeares of Age. one Marian< no role > , Really came into
the sd. Shop. and privately conveyed from thence Two Men's Shirts
one womans shifts and a Girls Shift the Goods of this Examts.
husband, whereupon this Examts. Daughter cryed out she was Rolled
which Occasioned this Examt. to come down Stairs but the said
Marian Reaily being pursued by several Neighbour was Apprehended
and Carried to A Constable house in Riders Court, where this Examt.
went and found the above menconed goods. being Two Mens Shirts
one Womans Shifts and a Girls Shift which thesd. Marian Reaily
Confessed to this Examt. to have taken out of this Examt. shop and
which this Examt. saith are the Goods of her this Examts. Husband and
further saith not
