(Quorum unus for thesd. County and Liberty on
Tuesday the 25th. day of October 1709 .

This Examt: Saith that on Monday the 24th. day of October 1709 she
this Examt: togather wth. one Elizabeth Riggins< no role > Stacy
Mary Street< no role > Dorothy Friend< no role > , and Elizabeth Smith< no role > . were drinking
in the house. John Wilder< no role > Victualler at the Signe of the Queens
Arms in Milke Alley in ye sd. Parish of St. Anns in ye Libty of
Westm a Hott Pott was Called for, which was brought in a Pewter
Pott. and a Pinto of Stout and Ale was likewise called for which
was brought in a Sibber Pint Pott. and that upon the sd Silver
Pott being empty and missing from the Table. the sd. Mrs. Stacy
asked what was become of the sd. Silver Pott. Mary Street< no role > made
Answer that she beleived Some Body had taken it away. and
that she this Examt. Sawseeingthesd. Elizabeth Smith< no role > her Gown
Sleeve Stick out. and imeditately after Saw her thesd. Elizabeth
Smith
< no role > take the sd. Siber Pott oat of hersd. Sleeve. ad Sett it down
upon the Table, and that some Time after she thesd: Elizabeth
Smith went away and that thesd. Pott was imediately missed
and not since found to this Examt. Knowledge.
