by the Church wardens & Overseers of the poore of the Pish of St. Clement
Danes in the County of Middx aforesd. That Frances Boston< no role > widw

come into the Sd. Pish endeavouring to Settle there contrary to Law And
Whereas itt appeares unto us the Sd. Justices upon due Exaiacon that the Sd.

become chargeable to the Sd. Pish of St. Clemt. Danes & likely the to continue unless
prvented And whereas it alsoe appeares unto us upon the Oath of the Sd.
FrancesJaneBoston< no role > that her husband the Sd. Jns. Boston< no role > was a Housekeper in the
Pish of St. Mary le Savoy in the sd. County of Middx x"x"x"
and that the Sd. Frances Boston< no role > hath not Since acquired any other legall
Settlemt. else where as we the Sd. Justices upon a Stint Exaiacon can finde
we doe therefore Deeme and adjuudge the Sd. Pish of St. Mary Le Savoy
to be the place of the last legall Settlemt. of the Sd. Frances Boston< no role >
These are therefore in her Matyes Name to will and require you & every
or any of you on Sight hereof to pass remove & convey the Sd. Frances Boston< no role >
from out of the Sd. Pish of St Clemt. Danes the next & direct way to the Sd.
Pish of St. Mary Le Savoy x"x"x" and to deliver her to the
Church Wardens & Overseers of the poor there or to Some or one of them
who are hereby required her to receive & Pvide for as they doe
for other their poor Given undr. our hands and Seales the 30th. day
of May 1709 .

To all Constables Church Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the parish of St. Clemt. Danes in the
Sd. County And alsoe to the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the poor of the Sd. Pish of St. Mary
Le Savoy aforesd. or to any or either of them
