That by Warrant dated the 30th day of May last
under the hands and Seales of John Coggs< no role > & John Bond< no role > Esqrs
Two of her Maties Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middx aforesaid (Quor Unus) That Frances
Boston

was removed from the Pish of St Clement Danes
in the Said county to the Pish of St Mary Le Savoy
ales Strand in the County of Middx aforesaid
alleadgeing that ye Said Pish of St Mary Le
Savoy was the place of the last Legall Settlemt:
of the Said Frances Boston< no role >

That yor ptrs Doubts not but to prove the
Said Frances Boston< no role > has not a Legall Settlemt:
in the Said [..] Pish of St Mary Le Savoy als
Strand whereby they conceive themselves Agrieved
by the Judgement of the Said Two Justices and
humbly Appeales to yor Worshipp therefrom

Yor petrs therefore humbly pray yor Worshps
will be pleased to appoint a day this prsent
Sessions that the Church Wardens & Overseers
of the Poore of the Said Pish of St Clement
Danes may attend yor Worshps & heare & abide the Judgement of yor
Worsps determinacon touching this Appeale
