Whereas Comptt. is made unto us two of her Majtes: Justices
of the peace for this County (Quo unus) By
the Churchwarden and Overseer of the poor
of Heston parish, That one Jno Roodin< no role >
hath and doth End ever to Settle himselfe
and family in ye Said parish, in pretense of
liveing in a very small cottage belonging to as
Child of his now Wife by a former husband,
paying no Rent or giving any Certificate
from the place of his last Legall Settlement
and he is likely to be come chargible to
to yr sd parrish And when as it appearch
unto us Upon the Oath of ye sd Jno Roodin< no role >
that he was last legally settled in the
parish of Istleworth as a house holdr
and a Considerable Estate in ye Said parish
and hath been no wayes legally Settled Since
but as afresaid

These are therefore in her Majtes: name to concernd you to
Remove and convey thesd. Jno Roodin< no role > and his Wife from
this parrish of Heston to the parrish of Istleworth And to
deliver Shorn unto the Churchwardens and Overseers thens
together wt this prmpt or a Coppy ye of who are hurby
required to provide for them as yi Inhabitants According
to Saw unless duly discharged them of Given under Sr
hands and Seales this 10th day of March 1708/9
