Middlesex ;

At the General Session of the peace of our
Lord the King holden in and for the County
of Middlesex at the Session House for the said
County (by adjournment.) on Thursday the
Ninth day of May in the Fortieth Year of
the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the
Third King of Great Britain Etc. Before

Justices of our said Lord the King assigned
to keep the peace in the County aforesaid
and Also to hear and Determine divers
felonies Trespasses and other Misdemea-
nours Committed in the same County.

The Clerk of the Peace having represented to the
Court the darkness of the Court and the possibility of
removing the same at a moderate Expence Resolved
That the building over the Court be viewed by the Surveyor
and that he Report his Opinion thereon and on the
probable Expence attending the same.

By adjournment same Day.

Resolved That the Committee appointed to Inspect
and settle the Allowances to be made to the High and
