Sir William Gibbons< no role > Baronet represented to the
Court That the Bridge at Pyle in the Parish of Stanwell
in this County formerly erected over (the River) in the
Highway leading fromtoby his Fathers
the late Sir John Gibbons< no role > has for Twenty Eight Years last
been laid open to and used by the Publick that the same
is now in a very ruinous and Dangerous state that
he Claims no Right or Interest in the said Bridge and
that he apprehended this County is liable to Repair and
maintain the same

Resolved That a Committee be appointed to View
the said Bridge at Pyle in the Parish of Stanwell in this
County and that the said Committee do Report their Opinion
thereon to the Court on the County Day of next Session and
that the said Committee do take such assistance as they
may think necessary and that the said Committee do
meet on the Second day of March at 12. o'Clock and that
William Mainwaring< no role > , George Boulton Mainwaring,< no role >
John Rae< no role > , Nathaniel Conant< no role > , William Forssteen< no role > , John
Soane
< no role > , Daniel Williams< no role > , Peter Henderson< no role > Esquires and

A Printed Paper containing a Copy of an Affidavit
and Narrative of Joseph Burks< no role > late a Prisoner in the
House of Correction in Cold Bath fields being laid
before the Court.

The following Report of the Committee
appointed to Enquire into the Receipt and
Expenditure of the Butchers Meat and other
Articles provided for the Prisoners in the
House if correction and Also to Inspect the
General concerns of the Prisons belonging
to this County was laid before the Court
and Read in the following Words.
