Resolved Unanimously That
the Thanks of this Court be given to William
Mainwaring
< no role > Esquire for his unwearied
Attention in the exertion of great Abilities manifested
in the Discharge of the very Important duties
attached to the Situation of Chairman of the
Session of this County; and for his very Polite
attention at all times to the Members of this
Court

By adjournment same Day.

It being Reported to the Court that John
Wilmot One of the District Surveyors for this County
had Departed this Life since the last Session Resolved
That the Election of a proper Person in the stead of
the said John Wilmot< no role > - be by Ballot on the County Day of
the next Session to Commence at 10.. o'Clock and Close at One

Resolved That the Regulations adopted on the
Election of a District Surveyor in October Session 1787. be
the Rule by which the Election of Surveyor at the next
Session shall be regulated.

Resolved That no Person shall be admitted a
Candidate for the Office of Surveyor for any of the
Districts of this County but such as are Surveyors and
are Engaged in that Branch of the building business
only, at any subsequent Election.

Resolved That the above Resolution be a standing
Order and that it be brought forward for Confirmation
at the next Session.
