in case all such offenders
had been removed to have been Transported amounting in the whole
to the Sum of Three Hundred and Sixty five Pounds Twelve shillings and
ten pence And the said Richard Akerman< no role >
Craves that the said Sum
of Three Hundred and Thirty five Pounds twelve shillings and ten, Pence
and also the Sum of One Hundred and Ninety four Pounds and four
shillings for the Expences which he hath incurred in the removal and
conveyance of the said offenders may be allowed to him by the order
of the Worshipful His Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex
assembled at this present General Quarter Session of the
Peace holden for the said County in Pursuance of the said Act of
Parliament Dated the first day of June One Thousand Seven
Hundred and Eighty nine.
