Being in number Three Hundred and fourteen offenders
so removed and conveyed as aforesaid for each of whom the said
Richard Akerman< no role > This name instance is in set 4413. as Keeper of the said Gad of Newgate for the
County of Middlesex is become intitled to be paid by the said
County the Sum of Fourteen shillings and ten pence being the Fee
which hath usually been paid to the said Richard Akerman< no role >
as such Keeper on the Transportation of Felons and other offenders
amounting in the whole to the Sum of Two Hundred and
thirty five Pounds Seventeen shillings and eight pence and the
said Richard Akerman< no role > craves that the said Sum of Two
Hundred and thirty two Pounds Seventeen shillings and eight
pence And also the Sum of Twenty four Pounds three shillings
for the Expences which he hath incurred in the removal and
conveyance of the said Offenders may be allowed to him by the
order of the Worshipful His Majestys Justices of the peace for
the County of Middlesex assembled at this present General at
quarter session of the Peace holden for the said County in
pursuance of the said Act of parliament dated the first day of
June one Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty nine
