And the same being Read It is Ordered that the said
Accounts be referred to a Committee to enquire and considers
whether the said Richard Akerman< no role > This name instance is in set 4413. hath any Right to the Fees
mentioned therein and whether this County is obliged to pay him
the same and that William Mainwaring< no role > Esqr . William Bleamire< no role >
Esqr . Thomas Gordon< no role > Esqr. Thomas Collins< no role > Esqr . Nathaniel Conant< no role >
Esqr . Edward Montagu< no role > Esqr . Samuel Wegg< no role > Esqr. William Hyde< no role > Esqr.
and Edward Read< no role > Esqr . or any three of them be such Committee and
that the said Committee do meet at the Guildhall in King Street
Westminster on Thursday the 16th. day of July Instant at Eleven
o Clock in the forenoon precisely and afterwards meet and
adjourn at pleasure.

By Adjournment same day

The following Report from the Committee appointed
to examine and audit from time to time the Account or Accounts
of the Treasurer of this County as well with respect to his and
Receipts as his Expenditures and also to examine and audit
all demands of what nature or kind soever made on this County
previous to the payment thereof being laid before the Court Vizt.

Middlesex To His Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex in their General Guarter Session of the
Peace holden for the said County in the Month of
July 1789 Assembled.

The Report of the Committee appointed to
examine and audit from time to time the
Account or Accounts of the Treasurer of this and
County as well with respect to his Receipts as
his Expenditures and also to examine and
audit all demands of what nature or kind
soever made on this County previous to the payment
thereof.
