Resolved that the same be Received and confirmed and that the
Clerk of the Peace do forthwith Issue the proper Orders upon the Treasurer
of this County for the Payment of the several Sums therein mentioned

Chancery Relative to the Ground intended to be purchased for the
Erection of a New House of Correction for this County in Cold Bath
