Middlesex .

At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Lord the King holden in and for the County of Middlesex
at the Session House for the said County on Monday in the
Week next after the Feast of the Epiphany to wit the Eighth
day of January in the Twenty seventh Year of the Reign
of our Sovereign Lord George the third King of Great
Britain Etc and from thence continued by several
adjournments to this day (to wit) Thursday the Eleventh
day of the same Month of January Before William

The Opinion of Mr. William Morgan< no role > of the
Equitable Insurance office at Bridge Street Black friars obtained in
pursuance of the Order this Court made at the last Session being read
in the following Words Vizt.

"It interest were allowed to the Annuitants according to the present
"price of Stock in the three P Cent Consold Bank Anns., they should
"begin with no more than £4..1s.. P Cent P Annum. But in the 5 P Cent
"Anns. a purchaser may make £4..11s- nearly of his Money; and
"therefore considering how little favorable the annexed proposals are
"to the Subscribers, I think the County of Middlesex cannot begin with
"less than four & a half P Cent to increase as the several Annuitant
"drop off If Interest were computed according to the present price
"of Stock in the 4 P Cents the Subscribers should have £4..6..-
"P Cent P Ann. with benefit of Survivorship
