Mr Bentley and Mr Tilbury the Agents for the Sellers of the said
Ground were called in and informed that the court would not have any conversation
with Mr Sanney upon the Subject nor enter into any Negociation with him
And they having informed the court that Mr Sanney was inclined to throw
himself upon the Generosity of the County they were directed to withdraw and
to propose some specific Terms to the County on which the possession of the
premises would be delivered up and being returned they produced a paper
in the following words. Vizt.

"19th. April 1787.

"Mr.Thomas Sanny agrees to permit his Majestys Justices of
the Peace for the County of Midx their Surveyors Agents & Workmen to take
immediate possession of the premisses purchased by them of Jerv: Clarke
Jervoise
< no role > Esqr. & others & which are now in the Occupation of the sd. Thos. Sanny< no role >
& that they shall now be considered in possession thereof In consideration
whereof No Rent is to be demanded of him from Lady day last - and His
Majestys Justices are to permit him to have the use of such part of the
premisses as they do not immediately want to make use of & also to permit the
said Thos. Sanny< no role > to take away such part of the Buildings as he has himself
Erected.

Mr. Sanney also hopes His Majestys Justices will give him the
remainder of the Buildings in consideration of some Damage he has sustained
by his Fences being pulled down & his not having been able to make so
much use of the Premises as he otherwise might have done
