and under to Mr. Serjeant Adair Recorder of the City of [..]
and then sitting in Open Session of Goal Delivery of Newgate
Commission of Goal Delivery no other Commissioner being pre [..]
except Mr. Alderman Kitchen the said two Indictments at the
time informing Mr. Recorder that he the said Sir George Booth< no role > [..]
Justice of the peace for Middlesex together with two of his Brother
were there in Court to deliver to the Court, two Indictments for [..]
against two persons whom he now understood to be Prisoners
within the Goal of Newgate, and which Indictments had been for
before him and others his fellows Justices of the peace for the County
Middlesex at the present Session of the peace now holding for the
County, But Mr. Recorder refused to receive the said Indictment
it was too much for him to receive them as there was an Order of
Court of Goal delivery against receiving Indictments after the 2d.
the Session of Goal Delivery which order had been made at a full [..]
if the order militated with the Convenience of the Court at Hicks
he did not doubt but that the order would be altered but as it
stood it would be doing too much for him alone to receive the In [..]

The above Memorandum was made at the time the abovementioned Transaction happened
part which Contains Richards Report was read over to him and was Confirmed by his [..]
the other part was read over to Sir George Booth< no role > Mr. Allcock and Mr Sheppard and received
Confirmation by their approbation
