in order for their Tryal and that such Apothecaries or Surgeon
do on the first day of every Session report to the Court of Goal
Delivery of Newgate the condition of such prisoners as well
upon such Examination have appeared to them to have the G [..]
fever upon them or in their Judgment to have been otherwise
unfit in point of health to be removed under such General
Order as aforesaid

By the Court

Ordered that for the future the Surgeon and
Apothecary to New Prison and Clerkenwell Bridewell do on
the Wednesday preceeding each Session of the peace to be holden fo [..]
this County strictly and Carefully Examine all the prisoners
that may be in these prisons at that time (and especially such
as are to be removed to Newgate for Trial at the Old Bailey and
that he do Report in writing under his hand to this Court on the
first day of each Session the Condition of any person who may be
unfit in point of Health to be removed to Newgate for trial at
the Old Bailey or to be brought up to this Court as an Evidence
or for trial and if at any time persons who ought to be removed
to Newgate as aforesaid shall be found in a dangerous or unfit State of
health to be Removed to Newgate that the Surgeon and apothe [..]
do Report the same to the Court of Goal Delivery of Newgate
on this first day of each Session there And it is further
Ordered that a Copy of this Order be delivered to the
Surgeon and Apotheacary and also that a Copy beshook up
in some Conspicuous place in each of the said Prisons
