Repair the side Walls Coping Stones Posts Rails Foot Path [..]
whether of Wood or Stone or both of the Mainbridge and the
additional footbridge and to paint such parts of the said Bridge
as shall be necessary And the Committee are further of
Opinion and do recommend it to the Court that his Majestys
Justices of the peace for this County do accept the proposal of
the Trustees of the Old District or Brentford Turnpike and
that they do forthwith enter into an agreement with the said
Trustees for Carrying the said proposal into Execution provided
(according to the direction of the Statute in that Case) upon
public notice being given of the intention of the Justices of
the peace for this County of Contracting with any person for
the Repairs aforesaid a more reasonable price shall not be prep [..]

A Motion was made that this Court do agree with the
Committee in their Report and the same being agreed to
unanimously

Resolved that the Clerk of the peace do take
care that notice be given to Mr. William Davis< no role > the personal
representative of Mr. John Wilkins< no role > deceased forthwith to
repair the pavement of the said Bridge in a good and substantial
Manner according to the terms of the agreement entered into
by the said John Wilkins< no role > deceased with his Majestys Justices
of the peace for this County

By adjournment same day

The Deputy Clerk of the peace for this County
having laid before the Court the following orders made at the
Sessions of General Goal Delivery for the County of Middlesex
Vizt.
