severally ordered and adjudged to be kept to hard labour for the
Term of Three Years in the raising Sand Six and Gravel from
and Cleansing the River Thames and any other Service for the benefit [..]
the Navigation of the said River under the management and
direction of the Overseers appointed pursuant to the form of the
Statute in such Case made and provided and the said Mary
Stonehill< no role > Ann Ingram< no role > Mary Payne< no role > Joseph Spencer< no role > John
Clifton< no role > Lazarus Levy< no role > and Robert Stalker< no role > were by the said Court
severally ordered and adjudged to be sent to the house of Correction
at Clerkenwell (being a proper place of Confinement) there to be
kept to hard labour for the Term of three Years pursuant to the
Statute in such Case lately made and provided And I do
further Certify that it appears to me that Benjamin Deacon< no role >
Gentleman Clerk of the Goal Delivery for said County ho [..]
been usually paid the Sum of Six Shillings and Two pence
for the Order of Transportation of every Offender Convieted and
Ordered to be Transported for any of the above Offences Dated [..]
Fifteenth day of July in the Year of our Lord 1776.

and also Certificates of the like kind for September October
December Sessions 1776 and for January & February Sessions
1777 and having informed the Court that Mr. Benjamin
Deacon< no role > Clerk of the Goal Delivery for the Said County hath
demanded of him the payment of Six Shillings and Two Pence
for each prisoner mentioned in such Certificates under and by
virtue of the Act of Parliament passed in the fourteenth Year
