The Treasurer of this County having also laid before
the Court the following Certificate Vizt. Middlesex I do
hereby Certify that at the Delivery of the Kings Goal of Newgate
holden for the County of Middlesex at Justice Hall in the Old
Bailey in the Suburbs of the City of London on Wednesday the
Seventeenth day of April in the Sixteenth Year of the reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the third now King of Great Britain Etc
Before me John Glynn< no role > Serjeant at Law Recorder of the said
City of London and others my fellows Justices of our said Lord the
King assigned to deliver the said Goal of our said Lord the King
of New gate of the prisoners therein being Robert Stalker< no role > James
Steward< no role > and Robert Allen< no role > were Convicted of several felonies and
Grand Larcenies for which they were liable by law to a Sentence
of Transportation to any of his Majestys Colonies or Plantations
in America and that afterwards (to wit) at the delivery of the
Kings said Goal of Newgate holden for the County aforesaid
[..] Justice Hall aforesaid on Wednesday the Tenth day of July
in the said Sixteenth Year of the Reign of our said Lord the Thing
Before me and others my fellows Justices assigned to deliver the
said Goal of our said Lord the King of Newgate of the Prisoners
