the Toll of the Haymarket whereby the said George Horrell< no role > was suspended
from his Office and it was referred to a Committee to appoint a proper person
in his stead and take an Account from the said George Horrell< no role >

An Order of the 6th. February 1756 made upon
representation to the Court that the Contract made with Mr. Mist would
expire on the 5th. day of April then next whereby it was referred to a
Committee to view the state of the Pavement and whether the same was
in such Condition as was required by the said Contract to be left at the
End of the Term and also what further might be proper to be done in the
Premises

Articles of Agreement Indented had
made concluded and Agreed upon the Twenty
sixth day of January in the Year of our Lord
One thousand seven hundred and fifty seven
and in the Thirtieth Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Second King of
Great Britain Etc Between John Wilkins< no role >
of the Parish of Saint George Hanover Square
in the County of Middlesex Paviour of the
One part and George Errington< no role > Bartholemew
Hammond Edmund Byron< no role > Francis Bedwell< no role >
Stephen Clarke< no role > John Crosse< no role > Thomas Smith< no role >
Paul Mombray< no role > William Timbrell< no role > Esquires
Nine of his Majestys Justices of the peace for
the County of Middlesex aforesaid and City &
Liberty of Westminster for and on behalf of
themselves and the rest of the Justices of the peace of
the same County City and Liberty of the other part
