Mr. Mist to take a view of the Haymarket to see if it had been
Kept in due and good repair and the then present State of it and if
it was out of repair to consider what was proper to be done for the
effectual repairing it

inspecting the Accounts of Mr. Weaver and upon information by him
given of his ignorance of who was the legal representative of John
Mist then late deceased whereby Weaver was ordered to pay the
