At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord the King begun
and holden for the County of Middlesex
at Westminster
in the same County on
Thursday in the week next after the feast of Saint Michael
to wit the fifth
day of October in the Ninth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George
the Third by the Grace of God King of Great Britain Etc And from thence
continued by several Adjournments until and holden on Saturday the Twenty
first day of the same Month of October in the year abovesaid at Hicks Hall
in Saint John Street
in the Same County Before

in the Suburbs of

by adjournment on Thursday the nineteenth day of
"October in the ninth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the
"Third now King of Great Britain Etc and in the year of our Lord One
"Thousand Seven hundred sixty nine It is Ordered by this Court that it be
"Immediately notified to the Justices at Hicks Hall
that the Indictments
"from thence are so often defective that there are frequent Interruptions in
"the proceedings upon them and that of late several Offenders have escaped
"Justice by such defects By the Court" And Whereas divers and sunday
