Unanimously resolved and Ordered, that the
Thanks of this Court be and the same are hereby

excellent Charge delivered to the Grand Jury at the
Opening of this Session And the Court doth desire,
that he will be pleased to cause the said Charge to
be Printed and published as soon as conveniently
