Lastly, upon inspection of the Work lately done to the said
Bridge by Mr.
Richard Jupp< no role >
it appeared to us that the
new piling
and planking which forms the Cutivater on
the Westside of the Bridge
is become loose and defective
and will be in danger of being carried away by the Floods
and upon the whole We are of Opinion that the said Work
lately done was not performed in so substantial a manner
as it necessarily ought to have been
