the middle Beam not less than 18 inches by twelve and the
others sixteen inches by ten spikes Bolts and Labour included
at the price of rate of four Shillings by the foot Cube Also all
Oak Scantling such as Joists (which Joists are to be about six
Inches by three) and the Beams to lay by the side of the Wall to
carry the ends of the Joists and which are to be caulked down
or for any other purpose of the similar uses at the rate or price
of four Shillings by the foot cube Spikes and labour included
Also All such Oak as shall be cut into Scantlings and
planed and framed the Fencing or Railway on the Southside
of the Foot Path and such like uses at the rate or price of
Four Shillings and sixpence by the Foot Cube including
Labour and Spikes And also All such Oak as shall be
cut into Scantlings and framed and not planed at the rate
or price of four Shillings by the foot Cube including all Labour
and Spikes Also all such three Inch Oak Plank without
Sap or Wain that shall or may be wanted in or about the
said Foot Path and Repairs Spikes and labour included
at one Shilling by the Foot superficial Also All such two
inch and half Oak as shall be wanted without sap or wain
including Labour and Spikes at the rate or price of ten
pence by the Foot superficial Also all such two inch Oak
Planks (without Sap or Wain) as shall be wanted and used
in the said foot Path or Bridge and repairs at the rate or
price of Eight pence by the Foot Superficial (Labour and
Spikes included) all which said Materials and Work shall
be surveyed and measured by the said Boulton Mainwaring< no role >
Esquire or such other Surveyor as the said John Hawkins< no role > Sir
Henry Cheere< no role > George Errington< no role > Bartholomew Hammond< no role > and
Benjamin Cowley< no role > their Executors or administrators or the
Court of General Quarter Session of the Peace for the said
County shall appoint And the said Francis Buskin< no role > for
himself his Executors and Administrators doth further
Covenant Contract promise and agree to and with the said John
Hawkins
