It is Ordered that no Person Solliciting any Cause or other
business in this Court shall come or be within the Bar of
this Court, Excepting only whilst the same is Trying or
hearing, without leave of the Court. And that a Copy hereof
be put up in Court that none may pretend Ignorance

By Adjournment same day

Whereas a Presentment is this day made in this Session by the
Grand Jury of the insufficiency inconveniency & want of reparation of
Brentford Bridge being a publick Bridge belonging to this County
situate in the Town of Mew Brentford in the Parish of Hanwell in
this County and usually repaired at the Charge of this County the sd.
Grand Jury thereby setting forth that the Posts and rails separating the
footway from the Carriage way are very resinous and so decayed that
it is become necessary to put up new Ones and that the East End of the
said Bridge is very narrow and incommodious which may be remedied
by laying the present foot path or way on the South side of the said
Bridge into the Carriage way and making a new foot Bridge of
Timber on the Outside of the South Wall thereof and that there
are other defects and wants of repair other than and besides the
repairs lately performed under the direction of the Committee of his
Majesty's Justices as matters immediately necessary and not to be
deferred upon due Consideration of which Presentment and the
report of the Committee of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for
this County appointed by Order of Court in the General Quarter
Session of the Peace holden for this County by Adjournment the
Eleventh day of July last (amongst other things) to inspect and
examine what should be necessary in Order to make a safe &
convenient footway or passage over the said Bridge which report
bears date the 20th. day of the same Month of July His
Majestys Justices here present in Court being of Opinion that
it will be very usefull & Commodious to the publick to lay the sd.
present foot path into the Carriage way and to make such
additional footway or passage without the South Wall as proposed
and that all other necessary Amendments & reparations be forth with
Performed and compleated Do hereby recommend and refer it
to
