John Brettell< no role > , Thomas Scott< no role > , Israel Jalabert< no role > Esquires nominated and
by the said James Jefferson< no role > and Edward Reynolds< no role > and Saunders Welch< no role >
Esquire nominated by this Court being seven of His Majestys Justices
or any four or more of them to Arbitrate Award Judge Order and
Determine all matters in difference between the said parties or any of
them And by the like consent it is further Ordered and directed that
they the said parties in difference do respectively enter in Bonds
of Arbitration in the common and usual form in the penalty of
One thousand pounds each for the due submission to and performance
of the Award to be made in the Premises and for making such
award a Rule of one of His Majestys Court of law at Westminster
according to the form of the statute in that behalf and for restraining
the said parties from suit in Equity upon such Award to be made
and by the like consent in the mean time the said Edward Reynolds< no role >
is to do the duty of his said Office or Employment.

of Messrs. Drake & Jackson}

It is Ordered that the [..] Petition of Thomas Drake< no role > & John Jackson< no role > & the Order thereupon made
be referred to the Committee of Justices lately Appointed to
Examine Vagrant Passes Etc. And they are desired to Report
their Opinion to the Court at the County Day of the next
Sessions whether the Thirty five pounds Ten shillings in the said Order
mentioned or any part thereof is payable out of the Publick
Stock of this County for the Expences Attendances and
Services therein mentioned
