It is Ordered that the Commee for examining the State of the
Repairs at the House of Correction at Clerkenwell be and the same is
hereby continued till the next Session when they are desired to make their
Report to the Court touching the same, Having Power in the mean time to direct
what may be necessary to be done before then for preventing further Damage
to the Building on Account of bad Weather or otherwise and it is hereby
recommended to the sd Commee to go to the said Prison again tomorrow
to Examine what is wanting to be done at present particularly to the
Roofing. Gutter and coping of the Parapet.

deliver their Accounts

sent to High Constables }

Five hundred Copies of the Clause in the Order of the first of March
Last, printed by Order of the last Session to distributed by the High Constables
within this County to their several Petty Constables for their better Information
and direction in delivering over the Certificates for the Manner of passing
Vagrants and Orders for Rewards on Apprehending of Vagrants twice
every Year at the times expressed in the said Clause being lay'd before
this Court, This Court doth hereby Orders that sufficient Numbers
of the same Printed Clauses be delivered to the said Chief Constables
accordingly.

This being the Session for electing a Chairman of the Session
for the half year comencing from our Lady Day and ending at
Michmas next this Court proceeded to the Election accordingly And doth
unanimously Reelect and continues Thomas Lane< no role > Esqrs . the present
worthy Chairman and doth desire him to take the Chair accordingly.
And the Thanks of this Court are hereby given to the said Chairman for
his great Service in that Office.

Comittee Day

Tuesday the first day of Aprils next is hereby appointed for the
Meeting of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace of this County as A
Committee before the ensueing Session, and the House of Meeting is Nine
in the forenoon as casual in Order to proceed on Business atten precisely.
