said Order of Session be wrote to by the Clerk of the peace of this
County to give their Company at the said Committee their Orders
and Certificates being now objected to And it is likewise Order'd
that Mr. John Higgs< no role > the Treasurer of this County do attend the
said Committee And it is hereby further Ordered that a Letter
from the Deputy Clerk of the peace of the North Riding of Yorkshire
reced by Mr James Jefferson< no role > the Deputy Clerk of the peace of
this County in answer to a Letter sent by Order of the Sessions
for this County concerning the irregular proceeding of theSame of the
magistrates in the said Riding in the passing of Vagrants
be laid before the said Committee and the same is hereby
referred to the Consideration of the said Commee And
what Resolutions the Commee shall come to concerning
any matters relating to the premes they are hereby desired
to report at the County day of the next Session, And lastly
it is Ordered that the said Committee shall have power
to Adjourn and Meet on any of the said affairs as they
shall see fit.

Brentfd Bridge

Upon reading a Letter, from the Clerk of the Turnpike at
Brentford mentioning several Defects of Repair at Brentford Bridge
This Count doth recommend it to and desire John Derbyshire Birkhead< no role >
Esqr to cause what he shall Judge immediately necessary to be done
to the said Bridge to be compleated and to make his Report to the
Committee of His Majesty's Justices on Tuesday the eight Day
of January next or, to the Court on the County Day of the next
Session.
