as shall be found necessary for compleating the same (altho not expressed
particularized in the said Presentment) ought to be done and made at
the Costs and Charges of the Inhabitants of this County And upon due
Consideration had of the Premisses It is Ordered by this Court That the said
Alterations Buildings Improvements Etc be made accordingly and that
the Charges and Expences therof be paid out of the Monies raised or to be
raised by the County Rates And that it be it whereby referred to
Boulton Mainwaring< no role > Esqr . one of His Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for this County to give Direction for proper Workmen to make the
said Alterations Buildings Improvements and such reparations as shall
be found necessary at the said Prisons with all Convement speed and
dispatch and in a good workman like manner And the said Mr.
Mainwaring is hereby Requested to take the whole Conduct of the said
Business upon to whose Judgement and Approbation this Court
doth entirely leave the same
