Mr. Crosse (when at being present are to be informed thereof by the Cryer ) to the
said Prison on Monday Morning the 25th. instant and Examine the State
of the same as to the Wants of Repairs and make a Further Report if
necessary to the ensueing Sessions.

Your Committee upon reading of the said Report touching a & man
remaining in New Prison are of Opinion that she should stand absolutely
discharged and gave Directions accordingly.

As to the Matter relating to the Pass Certificates & Orders produced
at the last Session by Mr James Taylor< no role > High Constable of Kensington Division
and referred to this Commee, the said Constable was called for, but did not
attend and so the Further Examination thereof is adjourned to this Session

A Bill for Printing work done by Messrs. Owen & Harrison by Order
of the Sessions from 2d. May 1757 to the 14th. May 1759 amounting to £11..10
being layed before this Commee to be audited your Commee thot. fit on
inspecting the same to dire of Mr. James Jefferson< no role > the Deputy Clerk of
the Peace to look out and lay before this Court the several Orders of Court
for printing the Articles contained and to see in the Treasurers Book what
Money has been paid already.

Lastly your Commee in furtherance of the Order of Court for the
Printing and distributing a Clause of the Order of the First of March last
for the Delivering to the County Treasurer all Orders for Conveying and for
Rewards on Apprehending Vagrants twice every Year have directed 500d
to be forthwith printed to he in readiness to be distributed according to the
Intend of the same Order first mentioned.

All which your Committee submit Etc".

confirmed.}

It is Ordered that Comttee for examining the Defects and Wants
of Repair at Brentford Bridge be continued and that John Thomas Smith< no role > and
Joseph Wm Taylor< no role > Esqrs . be added to the Gentlemen already on that Committee
and it is further Ordered that the said Commee or any three or more of
the gentlemen of the same Commee be and they are hereby desired to
meet at the Sign of the Three Pidgeons in new Brentford upon Monday the
Thirty first day of March next by Eleven o' Clock before Noon to grand
view the said Bridge and take a particular Account of all the Repairs
there requisite to be made and to report the same to the Court at the next
Session in Order that the Defects of Repair there found may be presented
by the Grand Inquest if it shall be judged necessary.
