Mr Birkhead's Report,
and Order thereon, for Commee
to View Brentford Bridge }

At this Court John Derbyshire Birkhead< no role > Esqr . One of his Moties
Justices of the Peace for this County laid before his Majesty's Justices
now Assembled a further Estimate and Proposal of the Workman for [..] the
whole Repairs necessary at Brentford Bridge according to the Request
of the said Commee Whereupon it is Ordered by this Court that it be
and it is hereby recommended and referred unto the said Mr. Birkhead
Boulton Mainwaring< no role > Esqr . Bartholomew Hammond< no role > Esqr . Hammond
Crosse
< no role > Esqr . and William Timbrell< no role > Esqr . and to Juck of this Majesty's said Justices [..] shall please or any three of them to meet as a Committee to go
and View the several Defects and Wants of Repairations of the said
Bridge And report the same at the County Day of the next Session.

And it is further Ordered that the Thanks of this
Court be given to Mr. Birkhead for his great Care and Trouble in
examining in to the said Defects and procuring the said
Estimates.

the Picture of Sir
Bapt Hicks}

Ordered that the Portrait of St. Bapt Hicks in the great
Dining Hall be cleaned the better to presence the same under the
Direction of Mr. Mombray who is hereby desired to cause the same to be
done in the best Manner.

Order for Mr Taylor
High Constable of Kensington
to be referred to Commee to Examd
his Account}

At this Court James Taylor< no role > the High Constable of
Kensington Division attended and applyed to be reimbursed the
Moneys he had alledged he had paid by Virtue of certain Certificates
of Passes and Orders for Rewards on apprehending of Vagrants granted
by Samuel Bever< no role > Esquire It is Ordered that it be and it is hereby
referred to the Committee of his Majestys Justices of the Peace appointed
to meet on Tuesday before the next Session to examines the said Certificates
and Orders And to direct the Treasurer of this County to pay what they
shall find due to the said Constable.

Order for paying Mr

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this
County Do pay to Mr. James Sturges Adams the Sum of 4..14.. in full
of his Demand for Subsistance of Vagrants and that the Receipt of
the said James Sturges Adams< no role > together with this Order shall be as
sufficient Discharge to the said Treasurer for such Payment.
