and enjoynning them in the Strongest Terms to Exert
Themselves in this Juncture and to Cause Search to be
made in the most diligent and effectual manner in
every part of the County for All Stragling Seamen
and Seafaring Men not above the Age of Fifty nor under
the Age of twenty Years who shall be of Health and Ability
fit for his Majesty's Service and to Take them up and send
them by discreet and Carefull Conductors to the Regulating
Captains in London And his Majesty has Directed that an
Allowance of Twenty Shillings for Each Seamen and Seafaring Man
fit for his Majesty's Service and Six pence a Mile for Each Man
for as Many Miles as they may respectively Travel shall be
paid to the Conductors upon the Delivery of the Men by the said
Regulating Captains, out of the Moneys Directed to be furnished them
for that purpose by the Principal Officers and Commissioners of his
Majesty's Navy

And Whereas His Majesty hath been Graciously
Pleased to Order that a Bounty of Three pounds for every able
Seaman of Thirty Shillings for Every Ordering Seaman not
above the Age of Fifty nor under the Age of Twenty Years should be
paid to All such Able and Ordering Seamen who shall
voluntarily appear before his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
and Enter themselves on Board his Majesty's Ships of War
We do therefore Signifie the same to Yearly Grace together with
His Majesty's Express Commands that the Justices of the
Peace within the County of Middlesex be Directed to receive
All such Seamen not above the Age of Fifty nor under the
Age of Twenty Years who shall so appear before them and
offer to Enter Voluntarily into his Majesty's said Service
(to Each of whom the said Justices are to Grant a Certificate
of such Voluntary Offer) And are afterwards to Cause them
to be Conducted to the same Place were the Conductors are
