After our very hearty Commendations to Your Grace
Whereas it is absolutely necessary in the present Critical
Situation of Affairs when Attempts may be made to Invade these
Kingdoms that no time should be lost in the immediate Equipment
of his Majesty's Fleet And Whereas there is Strongest Reason
to Apprehend that great Numbers of Seamen and Seafaring Men
have withdrawn themselves from the Seaport Towns into the
Inland Countys of this Kingdom on purpose to Avoid his
Majesty's Service and are still lurking about on different parts
of the said Inland Counties We do therefore Signify his
Majesty's Express Command to Your Grace to Lose no time in
calling upon the Justices of the Peace within the County of Middlesex
