By adjournment on Thursday the thirty first day of May 1759 .

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this
County do pay unto Mr. John Daniell< no role > and Mr. William Sheldon< no role > the Sums
of two pounds and nineteen shillings for posting up divers Orders of
Sessions against throwing at Cocks and unlawful Fairs and for
summoning a Committee concerning Chertsea Bridge and delivering
the Free holders Warrants to the several High Constables of this
County and that the Receipt of the said Mr. Daniell & Mr. Sheldon
or one of them together with this Order shall be a sufficient
Discharge to the said Treasurer for such payment.

Staines
for discharging Wm. Dingley< no role >
from his High Constableship
and appointg. James Feond< no role > }

Whereas William Dingley< no role > one of the High Constables of Staines Division in the
Hundred of Spelthorne in the County of Middx hath this Day exhibited his petition to this Court therein setting forth that he hath served the
Office of High Constable for one year and upwards and hath settled his Accounts
with the Treasurer of the said County and is desirous to be discharged from his
said Office This Court being satisfied in the premisses doth appoint James Frond< no role >
of the parish of Shepperton in the Division of Staines and Hundred aforesaid to be
one of the High Constables of the same Division in the place and stead of the said
William Dingley< no role > And doth Order that the said James Frond< no role > do forthwith after
Notice hereof attend one of this Majesty's Justices of the peace of this County residing
in or near the said Division and take his Oath before such Justice for the due execution
of the said Office of High Constable within the said Division and from the time of
his having taken such Oath the said William Dingley< no role > is to stand absolutely
discharged from being High Constable for the said Division according to his
petition abovementioned.
