1749 to February the 16th. 1750 twenty Nine Seperate Meetings
at two Shillings per time Amounting to two pounds and
eighteen Shillings, And the said

praying that
the said such may be paid unto him It is Ordered by this Court
that Mr.
John Higgs< no role >
Treasurer
of this County do pay the said
Sum of two pounds and Eighteen Shillings unto the said
Thomas Northcote< no role >
in full of his said demand. whose receipt
together with this Order shall be a sufficient discharge to the
said Treasurer
for such payment

Upon the Humble Petition of the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Ealing
in this County exhibited unto this Court
Setting forth that on or about the thirteenth Day of November last.
as one Anne Derrick Otherwise

Singlewoman
was
wandring & begging in the said Parish she was delivered of a Male
Bastard Child there, whereby she and her said Child became
chargeable to the said Parish, And that the Petitioners did detain the
said Woman in Custody untill the twenty sixth day of December last
when they conveyed her before

for this County who Examined her and committed
her to the House of Correction
at Clerkenwell
pursuant to the statute
in such case made And the Petitioners therefore prayed that this
Court would be pleased to Order the Treasurer of this County to
pay the Petitioners such a sum of Money as the Court should
Adjudge a reasonable Satisfaction for the Charges the said Parish
has been put unto on account of the said Ann Derrick Otherwise
